Problem

Landlords and portals already track what you pay. Tenants often don’t. When renewals, deposits, or disputes show up, people dig through bank SMS and WhatsApp.

What it is

A tenant rent tracker and lease manager:

  • Payment history (date, amount, method, receipt photo)
  • Lease storage and renewal reminders
  • Rent increase tracking
  • Roommate split logging
  • Maintenance log with photos/status
